Description:
It is a new customized solution which has been implemented at the client place recently. The project
involves the implementation of SAP CRM and banking services to serve the RBC retail lending
requirements of the bank. This application is used by the client to do the credit appraisal of the new
and old bank customers. The application is built on SAP platform with 37 different interfaces working
to support the transactions being processed.
Tools / Methodologies used in the project: SAP CRM, SAP Solution Manager, HPQC 10 & 11, Share
point, Mind map, Pricing calculator (Proprietary tool), test data request (Proprietary tool)
Responsibilities:
• Understanding RBC’s requirements from business users, gap analysis and functional
requirements testing
• Working closely with iGATE’s offshore teams and RBC’s QA teams
• Providing operational Support during and after implementation
• Providing status updates to RBC
• Reporting to management.
• Handling the Different Small projects (Enhancements) with in the RCT.

RCT (Retail credit transformation) Project focuses on changing the current Mortgagee process from
Casper to Linx (SAP CRM Banking).RCT is designed to acquire and add the new features to mortgage
process. This Linx application is fully customized version SAP CRM banking Mortgage process as per
the RBC requirements.
Linx will provide the mortgage process which involves Leads creation, General settings of
existing/new Data base; Account origination process, Adjudication process, Document management
and Fulfillment.
Also this Linx application is having BW reports and Casper clone Reports.
SLCM (Sales Lead Contact management): This is the entry point of the application. SLCM involves
creation of Business Partner roles such as Prospect and Client and referral sources, creation of
transactional objects such as Leads, Opportunities, from which the application will be initiated. It
basically covers the process of starting the new Application from existing client or from new client.
General settings: General Settings is about Business Partner records which provide details related to
any “who” defined to the system – including individuals (clients, prospects, employees, referral
sources, etc.) and organizations (law firms, title companies, builders, etc.). This record is accessed in
various places throughout the system allowing users to a central repository of information that is
maintained at a master data level.

The DWS Futures Project will focus on changing the current DWS distributed framework from
Smalltalk (non-supported development language) to JAVA. DWS Futures is designed to acquire,
process, and disseminate information within Domestic Ground Operations. The system will provide
dispatchers with enhanced decision-making tools to increase on-road productivity, make their jobs
easier, and improve communications to the couriers, while also enabling non-dispatchers to access
information useful for planning and reporting. It will also improve system performance and
monitoring”.

Responsibilities:
• Involved in peer review of the test Scripts prepared by other Team Members.
• To work in end-to-end testing and developed automation test scripts using QTP based on
automation framework to perform regression testing on the existing application.
• Analysis of requirements and preparing document to derive the test cases and automation
