Topology abstraction service for ip vp nsEcwaytech
Ecway Technologies provides IEEE projects, software developments, and VPN services from its offices in Chennai, Trichy, Karur, Erode, Madurai, Salem, and Coimbatore, India.
This research proposes a topology abstraction (TA) service to enable VPN service providers to share core topology information with VPN customers in a scalable way. The TA service provides visibility into the state of the provider's network to improve VPN performance. Key challenges include generating accurate and fair TAs for each VPN. The paper develops three decentralized TA generation schemes and validates their performance through simulations over various topologies.
Zigbee device access control and reliable data transmission in zigbee based h...Ecwaytech
This document discusses a health monitoring system using ZigBee devices that measures a user's physiological data. It proposes implementing access control through a group ID mechanism to ensure communication only between a single user's devices, as there may be many nearby ZigBee devices. It also proposes a method for reliable data transmission to prevent loss of physiological data transmitted wirelessly via ZigBee. Temperature and pulse rate sensors send data to a microcontroller and ZigBee transceiver, which transmits it to the receiving microcontroller where threshold values trigger an SMS alert to an authorized person via GSM modem.
Toward a statistical framework for source anonymity in sensor networksEcwaytech
This document presents a new statistical framework for modeling and evaluating source anonymity in sensor networks. It introduces the concept of "interval indistinguishability" to quantitatively measure anonymity. It models source anonymity as a problem of binary hypothesis testing with nuisance parameters. This transforms the problem of exposing private source information into searching for a data transformation that removes nuisance information. It discusses how existing solutions can be modified using this framework to improve anonymity.

Virtual Lab: Remote Access and Speed Control of DC Motor using WardLeonard System
Abstract
Limited resources and requirement of regular maintenance of equipment in traditional
laboratory supports idea of Web-accessible laboratories which provides facility of online
experimentation on real processes. The objective of this project is to demonstrate the realtime web-based laboratory experiment conduction by accessing the laboratory set-up from a
remote location and measure the experimental parameters by generating the control
commands at a distant client. This architecture is developed to demonstrate the remote
learning process using graphical programming tool LabVIEWTM10. The principle behind the
implementation of remote laboratory session is to deliver the image of the control panel of
the virtual Instruments to the remote client. The experimental hardware is linked to the webserver by Data acquisition (DAQ) interface card. The proof of concept has been demonstrated
by controlling the speed of DC motor using Ward-Leonard method and recording the
measurements using Virtual Instruments.
