Analysis of deals/proposals/RFP & Contract Reviews: Responsibilities include contract structuring to
avoid any adverse taxation/currency/transfer pricing impact (as multiple country billing , contracting
and currencies are involved in large deals), financial engineering of commercials for proposals,
developing financial models( Transaction based pricing , fixed price, time & material pricing , platform
subscription based pricing etc.) & cash flows and evaluate the risk reward associated for a given
proposal. Ensuring there is no revenue leakage by properly factoring in relevant costs, at the same time
ensuring that the quote does not become uncompetitive by factoring in unnecessary costs.
Rate Negotiations: Financial review for rate negotiations and rate card submissions with the client to
