3. TREC Forms Changes Take
Effect June 1st
The Texas Real Estate Commission recently approved
several changes to its existing forms and created a few
new forms that will take effect June 1, 2014. The new
and revised forms will be available no later than June 1
in zipForm and on TexasRealEstate.com.

4. New Members
Just a reminder:
When a new member joins the Board, it
takes our office 24-48 hours to process
their information. After we send the
information to NAR, it takes them 24-48
hours to input them into the system.
Then, they send it to TAR and that takes
24-48 hours. So, it may take 3-5 days for
a new member to be able to access Zip
Forms.
