The art piece is called as Wellness Recycled LOVES ( Learners Of
Valladolid Elementary School)Bag. This artwork is a gift “For my School”
and was designed for emergency preparedness and it is because that
someone is caring for each other most especially the pupils and the
school in general.
This LOVES Bag is an enhance type of Go Bag or Survival Bag made to
serve and can be use as an emergency response of the school which is
very timely and relevant to our present situations because of the
occurrence of the global pandemic, catastrophic events such as natural
calamities and disasters.

6. WELLNESS RECYCLED ART BRIEF DESCRIPTIVE REPORT
This LOVES Bag is a valuable tool to keep the school safe, alert and being
protected including the pupils and the staffs in any event or emergency that
may occur including typhoons and earthquakes and any other calamity. It will
be an important matter that the school is ready for the possibilities of such
uncontrolled phenomena most especially on what they called as the “ Big
One”. This bag ensures safety and preparedness for whatever unexpected
situations and happenings may arise in the future and also it promotes
environment sustainability because it uses recyclable materials. As our school
strongly advocates the Clean and Green Program this artwork can be one of
the instrument to combat the battle amidst the Ecological Issues and to the
increasing result of Climate Change that we are suffering nowadays.

This LOVES bag is also a total package bag in the sense that it is not just
only contains first aid kits but also hygiene kits which is connected to our
conditions now that we are surrounded by the threat of this dreaded disease
the Covid19 virus.
In addition, Environmental advocates have been telling the public to
recycle, reduce, and reuse for decades now, and that advice is still relevant
today. Although systemic change is necessary to alter our current trajectory,
small day-to-day actions can still help spread a more sustainable and
biocentric worldview. Together, thought and action can add up to make a real
difference.

9. WELLNESS RECYCLED ART BRIEF DESCRIPTIVE REPORT
In our school we are planning to utilize recyclable resources to reproduce
numbers of LOVES Bag that will be given right away and can be use by the
pupils. We are planning also to tap our internal and external stakeholders for
the entire support in replicating LOVES Bag in School. This can also be a model
art work to encourage some of the schools to use their creativity and
craftmanship in innovating something which is very useful out of recyclable
materials.
I do really believe that this simple art work will recognize and will create a
huge impact in the school as we are inculcating and integrating preparedness as
well as the DepEd’s Core Value about caring for the environment which is
“Makakalikasan”.
