At the same time, they are being asked to expand their educational role on campus, to ensure that all students are information literate. What role do you see emerging technologies playing in information literacy instruction/education in both the short and longer-term? What approaches are you taking to incorporate learning theory and instructional design with existing & emerging technologies in your own work as a librarian/educator? Please describe or demonstrate the steps you take to design instructional materials. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Introduce self, work history esp. instruction (training, Engl 102, New Start, PCC, RefWorks). Keep up on technology – SIRLS classes, online student, environmental scanner in MAT.
