Hydrogen bond is a weak attractive force between a highly electronegative atoms (O, N, F) and a H-atoms linked to such atoms.
The criteria for H-bonds formation is that there must be -
I. A highly electronegative atom ( F, N, O -atom), and
II. A H-atoms linked to such atoms (F, N, O).
The highly electronegative atom with an H-atom linked to it served as the H-bond donor. Due to greater difference between the electronegativity of (F, N, O) and H-atoms, these bonds (F-H ; N-H ; and O-H) have permanent dipole. So, to act as an H-bond donor, the bond must have a significantly higher permanent dipole moment .
# Due to low difference between the electronegativity of C and H-atoms (around 0.35 units), the C-H bond is considered non-polar, i.e. does not have a permanent dipole moment. Because the C-H bond does not have a permanent dipole, it can’t act as a H-bond donor.
# Option 1, 3- Incorrect . Temporary dipole and presence of charge is NOT an absolute necessity for the bond to act as H-bond donor.

Through an in-depth analysis of printed and electronic media, the study examines the impacts of these sacrifices on the academic and personal lives of those involved. The paper highlights examples from various universities, demonstrating student activism's long-term and short-term effects, including disciplinary actions, social backlash, and career implications. The researchers also explore the broader implications of student sacrifices. The findings reveal that these sacrifices are driven by a profound commitment to justice and human rights, and are influenced by the increasing availability of information, peer interactions, and personal convictions.
