A little about me: I am currently working as a Data Analyst at
Consultancy working on Sentiment Analysis for a US client. So I know a
little about this industry and I also found about this good US company
working on this same thing so I did some analysis on the same.

The pandemic disrupted consumer behavior and accelerated the number of digital
interactions with companies. As a result, brands have fewer in-person opportunities to
connect with shoppers which creates a more fragmented brand experience across the
