U. S. STEEL CONFERENCE CALL AVAILABLE ON COMPANY WEB SITE
PITTSBURGH, April 4, 2008 – United States Steel Corporation (NYSE: X)
announced today that interested shareholders, investors and others may listen to the
company’s first quarter 2008 conference call with securities analysts on Tuesday, April
29, 2008, at 2 p.m. EDT. The call, which will be available via the U. S. Steel web site,
will cover first quarter 2008 financial results and may include forward-looking
