Polarized current flowing through magnetic heterostructures can change the magnetic state of ferromagnets due to spin transfer effects. This study provides evidence that polarized current can also affect the magnetic state of an antiferromagnet. Specifically:
1) Applying a current pulse was found to change the exchange bias of the antiferromagnet in a non-monotonic and asymmetric way, indicating a direct effect of current on the antiferromagnet rather than just Joule heating.
2) Peaks in the exchange bias correlated with the onset of magnetic dynamics in the antiferromagnet, suggesting current induces magnetic changes.
3) The switching behavior was inconsistent with simple thermal activation models and instead indicated a complex current-
