dedicated to bad art. The antiquarian Scott Wilson came up with the idea for the
Museum, then discovered a terrible picture of an old woman dancing in a field
between two garbage cans, and began to collect bad art with her friend Jerry
Reilly. This gallery is protected by a fake security camera.

The collection has almost 600 individuals pieces, although only get in between 50
and 70 are on display at any time. Most are donated or found in landfills, and art
goes through a vigorous approval process, designed to eliminate those artists who
are not serious about their craft. They accepted only about 10% of shipments.
Critics have claimed that the Museum is a mockery of art, but homeowners insist
that failure is an important steep in the creative process.
