From beginning to end:

2)    Office assigns project manager to perform
      estimate
3)    Project manager meets customer, listens to
      concerns and review problem
4)    Diagnose for best solution
5)    Create CAD drawing
6)    Review proposal with homeowner
7)    Client signs contract with USS
8)    Office schedules work with qualified crew
9)    Client is given scheduled date
10)   Crew completes job
11)   Project foreman walks through with customer
12)   Payment is collected
13)   Office sends Customer Quality Audit and letter of
      Lifetime of Structure transferable warranty
