Ok so first of all, sexting is when you send a nude picture of yourself or someone else to another person. It is wrong as well as illegal in the United States. So what we want to know, is why teenagers thinks its necessary to sext?
You think that your boyfriend is like (snap) true happiness. But is that really true? What do you think? True Happiness is when you are proud of who you are. Many people may think things like shoes, shopping, or in this case a boyfriend, may bring them true happiness. In reality true happiness can only come from God.
First of all, if you think you should be sending him a sext, your thinking all wrong. You actually should be thinking about changing your worldview! Looking good to guys especially to your boyfriend are not the most important things in the world. We understand that your journey is probably a little bumpy now. God reveals himself to us in different ways to help us know how to deal with odd situations like this one. Personally, I think we are God's response to you... But anyway.God created us all for a reason. Now, that reason was to do good things, not sexting..So instead of your only options being sexting or losing your boyfriend, we thought of some better choices.
The better choice for this situation would be to talk to the guy in person and try to figure something out. If a guy is really ignoring you it probably isnt the healthiest and isnt good to be in a relationship like that. Another better choice is to talk to a trusted friend and or adult about the topic. They could give very good and helpful advice, because you wouldn’t want to send something and then regret it later. Also, you can try to turn the relationship in a good way like doing good and fun activities together. If this does not work, it is probably best to end the relationship. Just make sure you think about the effects of what you are planning to do next.. Will it help, or hurt?
