structure, Create questionnaires with its appropriate scoring and weight, Create Jobs,
Distribute Jobs, Complete jobs by shoppers and Proofread jobs by proofreaders).

Cscms is a tailored desktop system that handles all front office operations in computer

 Record all items with its serial number with customer complaint, employee
responsible for receiving item, full data about customer (Name, Phone, Mo-
bile, and Email).
 Record item maintenance data (Maintenance date, Employee responsible for

A desktop system used in banks to investigate and issuing certificate to clients with
bankruptcy or protest history. The system applied in major banks in Egypt such as
(QNB, Faisal Islamic Bank of Egypt, Al Watany Bank of Egypt, Commercial Interna-
tional Bank (CIB), Barclays Egypt, Bank Audi- Egypt. Blom Bank Egypt, Housing &
Development Bank, Egyptian Saudi Finance Bank, Export Development Bank of
Egypt and Ahli United Bank), also applied in I-Score company.
 Egyptian Council of State data transfer system (Subcontract)
A desktop system that transfers data from two different databases with two different
structures used by Egyptian Council of State “Magles Al Dawla” to save all cases data.
