Delay measurement technique using signature register for small delay defect d...eSAT Journals
Abstract This paper proposes an method for testing a circuit in order to improve defect coverage of delays due to resistive open and close. The proposed method uses a signature analysis and a scan design to detect small delay defects. This measures the delay of the explicitly sensitized paths with the resolution of the on-chip variable clock generator. The proposed scan design measures the small delay in short measurement time by delay measurement technique and extra latches for storing the test vectors. By evaluating with Rohm 0.18-μm process shows that the measurement time is 67.8% reduced compared with that of the delay measurement with standard scan design and the area overhead is larger than that of the delay measurement architecture using standard scan design. Tonsillitis is a disease that can be found in every
part of the world. Moreover, it is one of the main causes
intervening for heart attack and pneumonia. It has been reported
that there are a large number of people having died because of
heart attack and pneumonia. To improve data transfer rates, this
paper proposes Gabor filter design with efficient noise reduction
and less power consumption usage is proposed in this paper.
Using textural properties of anatomical structures the filter
design is suitable for detecting the early stages of disease. The
code for Gabor filter will be developed in MATLAB
Built-in Self Repair for SRAM Array using RedundancyIDES Editor
In this paper, a built-in self repair technique for
word-oriented two-port SRAM memories is presented. The
technique is implemented by additional hardware design
instead of traditional software diagnostic procedures and the
computation time is minimized. A built-in self-test (BIST) is
used to detect the faulty locations which are isolated
immediately after detection. Therefore, the redirection process
can be executed as soon as possible. Spare rows are used to
replace the faulty rows. The hardware overhead of the
automatic fault isolation design depends on size of memory
system. All the repairs using BISR circuit are done at power
on.

Abstract Physical designing of cryptographic analysis is subjected to various physical attacks. It has been formerly evidenced that scan chains introduce for hardware testability open a back door to potential attacks. Scan based testing technique is mainly used for testing and it provides full observabilty and controllability of the inner nodes of the IC. Therefore, in this paper, we propose a scan-protection scheme that provides testing facilities both at assembly time and over the course of the circuit’s life. An efficient principle is used to scan-in both input vectors and expected responses to compare expected and actual responses inside the circuit. This method has no impact on the feature of the test or the model-based fault analysis when compared to traditional scan tests. Abstract Edge detection is first and essential step in the field of image processing. Detected edges play a very important role such as image enhancement, object detection, focus area selection and many more. In medical application like tonsillitis, tumor, fracture can be detected in its early stage by detecting edges of disease. There are different and many ways for edge detection, However, the most may be grouped into three categories, first order gradient, second order and optimal edge detection.. Sobel edge detection is gradient based edge detection method used for finding edges of image. Also Sobel edge detection method provide one more advantage that it having better noise sensitivity as compared to other edge detection method. Here new concept Log-Gabor filter is used for best contrast ridges, efficient noise reduction and improved edges of an images. Most image processing tools such LabVIEW are not suited for strong real-time constraints, so to overcome this problem hardware implementation FPGA used. A gsm based intelligent wireless mobile patient monitoring systemeSAT Journals
Abstract Monitoring one’s heart rate and body temperature continuously from a remote area is impossible for a medical expert by using typical monitoring devices. To overcome this problem we can implement a GSM based system using microcontroller and LM35 sensor which is low-cost and use-friendly. Here, a heart beat sensor is used to detect the heart rate and an LM35 sensor to sense the body temperature. These signals are processed by a PIC microcontroller. Then, an SMS alert will be sent to the medical expert by using a GSM module. Thus, doctors can monitor the health condition of a patient continuously from a remote place and can suggest the patient about taking an immediate remedy. As a result, we can save many lives by providing them a quick service using this system. Abstract
Like country India, there are so many people depending upon agriculture. In this area, many farmers don’t know about new
diseases which are impacting on their farm. As the disease changes, the disease control policy also changes. So many farmers
have very sharp observation on crop diseases, but whenever there is new diseases fall on crops then problems occur. Climate also
changes instantly many of times, because of such reasons farmers unable to understand various diseases.
If farmer unable to predict that diseases quickly then it will affect life of crops. Indirectly it gets affects on total productivity of
farm. As we are well known about that world facing lot of problems due rapid growth in population. So our goal is to increase
agricultural productivity using image processing technology which can help farmer in great extent [7].
In this research work, we are trying that crop disease using Artificial neural network (ANN) which work very effectively. First of
all, we have provided an digital image which is taken by digital camera. That image given to Gaussian filter firstly then
transferred to adaptive median filter to filter out noise present inside image. Gaussian filter removes Gaussian noise which is
present inside image. Adaptive noise filter removes impulsive noise which is present inside image. Also it will reduce distortions
which are present inside images. Then image transferred to segmentation part. In image segmentation we have choose CIELAB
color space method to extract color components properly. For segmentation we have used Gabor filter. After this we distinguish
crop diseases on the basis of texture features which are extracted by Gabor filter [6].

Automatic and low cost saline level monitoring system using wireless bluetoot...eSAT Journals
Traditional methods used for health care are becoming obsolete due to increase in population. Current health care system requires manual care takers and their heavy duties which is very time consuming job. Innovative health monitoring systems are required with less human intervention which will be available at low cost in rural as well as urban areas. Engineering technologies are getting coupled with medical field to solve this problem. Sophisticatedhealth monitoring systems are getting developed with the help of electronic components such as sensors, PLC,microcontrollers etc. with easy interfacing.This paper mainly focuses on providing advanced saline level monitoring system. The idea is to provide cost effective, reliable and automatic saline flow monitoring system which can be easily implemented in any hospital and can be easy for doctors as well as nurses to monitor the saline flow from a distance. The proposed system eliminates continuous on sight monitoring of patient by nurses or doctors. Due to the use of microcontroller ATMEGA 328, wireless module CC2500, Bluetooth module and IR sensors, the system can be made available at very low cost.
