The parking lot design consists of asphalt in driveway areas and porous pavers in parking stalls and pedestrian crosswalks. The asphalt areas use 2 inches of asphalt, 10 inches of crushed limestone base, and 6 inches of conditioned subgrade. The porous paver areas use pavers from Belgard Manufacturing along with layers of aggregate. Five parking stalls will have electric vehicle outlets and bike racks are located in front of the building.
