This document discusses unconferencing, an alternative approach to traditional conferencing. Unconferencing embeds planning as part of the interaction before, during, and after an event. It allows for multi-dimensional planning rather than linear planning. The planning and learning from an unconferencing event is leveraged and owned after the event concludes.
