UN Cares is the UN system-wide workplace program on HIV that aims to: 1) Reduce the impact of HIV in the UN workplace by providing a comprehensive range of prevention and treatment benefits. 2) Improve the well-being of all UN personnel and their families through greater access to HIV prevention and treatment. 3) Achieve efficiencies through a coordinated "Delivering as One" approach and building on past gains. It is implemented through a global task force, staff, and country-level focal points and teams, utilizing resources like a website, service directory, training materials, and procurement of medical supplies.
