TYPES
 According to the technology that we used to build
the piece, we can define three types of 3D
printers:
PHOTOPOLYMERIZATION
 The printer illuminates
a liquid by a light or
laser.
 This, when it’s
illuminated, solidifies.
He repeat the process
layer by layer, until you
have finished the
process.
SLS OR LASER
 These are the printers that are use in industry.
The raw material is in powder form, in a "pool",
and a laser is used to melt and solidify the piece.
EXTRUSION
 Most 3D printers are of this type. It starts from
plastic filament that is heated to melt and layer by
layer is deposited.
• The advantage is the
low cost of the machine,
the material and it is
easy to use.
