As Assistant Baseball Coach/Recruiting Coordinator/Academic Liaison at Iowa Western Community College in Council Bluffs, Iowa, his responsibilities include reviewing participant behavior within team norms and objectives.

In addition, he has volunteered with Habitat for Humanity in Evansville, Indiana, Miracle League Volunteer in Little Rock, Arkansas (baseball for special needs kids), and Race for the Cure in Little Rock, Arkansas.
