This document provides information about the Katy Prairie Stream Mitigation Umbrella Bank project in Texas. It describes the bank sponsor, Restoration Systems, and the land conservancy partner, Katy Prairie Conservancy. Phase I of the project involves restoring 17,760 feet of stream and 100 feet of riparian buffer on Warren Creek. Once completed, it will generate over 52,000 stream credits. The bank will be one of the largest in the US and unique due to its location near Houston, large scale, and revenue funding additional restoration. Travis Hamrick of Restoration Systems can be contacted for more information.
