The woman seems to be control because we can see her hold the man’s hand after he
is confronted about an affair. She also takes them to the hospital and pays for the cab,
and then tells the man to wait outside while she goes to the hospital.
She is also shown to know more information about her condition than the man,
putting her in a higher position.
