2. Reclaim
System
We recycle 90% of the water used in our
tunnel which saves hundreds of gallons of
water with each wash. During the wash as
water runs down off the vehicles it drops
into a trench in the tunnel that runs to a
mud pit where the heavy solids sink to the
bottom. The water then goes into a series
of underground tanks that are designed to
separate other contaminants from the
water. Finally the water goes through a
water purifying unit that cleans it further to
make it safe to be reused again in the wash
process.
3. Conveyor Once the vehicles are in neutral the conveyor
then moves them through the tunnel using 3
rollers. One pushes on the rear tire while the
other 2 follow as both a backup and to ensure
sufficient spacing between the other vehicle.
Conveyor rails are lined with high strength plastic
which makes them perfectly safe for all kinds of
rims. The ground clearance is 4” which means
nearly every unmodified vehicle will fit, the
maximum tire width is 13 inches.
4. Prep Guns
High pressure wands used to
prep vehicles prior to going
through the wash, usually to
remove excessive mud or grime
from the wheel wells, running
boards, or rear of the vehicle.
These are also used to clean and
spray down the tunnel.
5. Visual Queue
Screen used to select washes and
add retracts. Washes appear on
the screen with a picture of the
vehicle if they used a pay station or
with a ticket number if the ticket
was created on a POS. The screen
shows the service list for each ticket
but cannot remove or add wash
services.
6. Tunnel Controller
& Wash Queue
After a vehicle is sent on the
Visual Queue screen it goes
into the Wash Queue which
tells the Tunnel Controller
which wash the vehicle will be
receiving and which Tunnel
functions to activate
7. Photo Eyes
Creates an invisible beam across the
vehicles path which measures the vehicle
as it passes through so the Tunnel
Controller can time the Tunnel functions
accordingly
8. Pre Soak &
Wiggy Bath
Pre Soak is a chemical designed to
loosen dirt and grime that is
attached to the vehicle so that it
can be more easily removed.
The Foaming Presoak (Included in
the Ultimate Plus) coats the vehicle
more completely as it cascades
down on the car with a blue light
illuminating it to enhance the
customer experience
9. CTA’s &
Wheel Scrubber
The CTA’s (Chemical Tire Applicators) sprays a chemical
designed to loosen brake dust and grime on each of the
vehicle’s wheels.
The Wheel Scrubbers then extend out and clean the
wheels and tires using spinning bristles.
10. Omni Arch
The Omni Arch uses
high pressure sprayers
to remove dirt and
grime from the entire
surface of the vehicle.
They sweep up and
down, back and forth as
well as rotate to ensure
complete coverage.
This is where most of
the recycled water from
the Reclaim Unit is
used.
11. Top Wheel
The Top Wheel rotates horizontally and is designed
to clean the hood, windshield, and roof of vehicles.
13. Low Side &
High Side Wraps
These brushes rotate in place to clean the sides of
vehicles
14. Super Flex Wraps
The Super Flex Wraps extend out in front
of the vehicle while rotating to clean the
grill and front bumper. They then clean
down the side of the vehicle and then
extend out again to clean the back.
15. Triple Foam
Triple foam soap is designed
to deep clean and condition
the paint as well as increase
the customer experience with
3 bright colors and scent.
16. Wiggy Wax
Wiggy Wax is a paint
protectant that uses synthetic
polymers and carnauba to
protect and add extra shine to
the vehicle’s paint
17. Halo Rinse
This arch uses pressurized soft
water to rinse all remaining
soap and foam from the
vehicle
18. Wiggy Repel
This is a sealant for the windshield and
other windows to help repel water
increasing visibility and reducing water
spots.
19. RO Rinse
The R.O Rinse is the final rinse before
drying to ensure a spot free finish. R.O
stands for Reverse Osmosis which is the
process used to purify the water and
remove all minerals and contaminants
20. Tire Shine
Tire shine conditions the
tires to protect them from
sun damage while also
giving them a new, shiny
look
21. Blowers
These fans blow air at
specified angles and high
velocity to remove
remaining water drops and
dry the vehicle.
