OUR TRIP TO THE
  CEMETERY
    By: Florence
Central idea : People and places have histories that can be
uncovered and interpreted through a variety of sources.

During this unit, we went to the
                Happy Valley Cemetery. This is
                       what we thought.
WHAT MY GROUP LEARNED

Some tomb stones do not have a body under

A huge population of people in the graves are young children
and soldiers

If the soil is fresh, it means that the person was buried not a
long time ago

Some visitors put fake flowers on the graves to make it look
better
FAVORITE PICTURES

Florence: I like this picture because
Owen: I like this picture
from it I can see a small bump which
 because a soldier was
shows me that this grave has a body
  buried in this grave
                                           under.
QUESTIONS
