 When required, act in the HSE Managers role which is tasked with managing a team of
health & safety, environment, training and security & emergency personnel in all aspects of
the construction phase of the project

Wiggins Island Coal Export Terminal, Gladstone (also act in the HSE Managers role)
Description:
 managing a team of environmental professionals to prepare, gain and maintain approvals for
the construction and operational phase of the project. This includes over 50 different permits,
17 management plans and managing compliance with over 2,800 conditions of approval
 developing and maintaining the EMS and compliance database and working closely with the
client and all levels of the EPCM teams
 providing environmental advice and writing technical reports to all levels
 ensuring compliance with conditions of approval and liaising with various government
agencies and stakeholders on various aspects
 preparing proposals and scopes of works, reviewing various project documentation and
managing consultants
 managing various projects and staff including resourcing, financials, budgets, contracts,
