The author reminisces about enjoying spending time in trees as a child, daydreaming for hours while rocking in a hammock between two trees. Trees have always been an important part of the author's life, and now as an adult, trees hold an even more special place in her heart as she sees new worlds in them and feels connected to nature and the changing seasons.

1. When I was a little girl, I used to love climbing trees, or just sit either on tree branches of under the trees, day dreaming of things to come. My Mother made me a hammock between two trees in our back yard with a rope attached to our fence. I would rock myself back and forth for hours in full harmony with the warm Summers day . Trees have always been my friend and part of my life. Now that I am older they hold a very special place in my heart and mind. For I see whole new and wonderful worlds in them. I speak to them, and they answer back, sharing and guiding me along my path in life. I stay connected to the Universe and all it’s beauty and slender.
