This document discusses transdisciplinary teaching in high schools and outlines a continuum of integrating disciplines from cooperation to transformation. It provides a timeline of the progress made over four years at one school to encourage collaboration between subject areas, including building trust through open classrooms and shared planning time. Currently, the school has reached the reconstruct stage of the continuum, where disciplines work together to develop overarching concepts. The goal is to continue fostering synergy between subjects to fully realize transdisciplinary education.
