The Coldwell Banker Burnet – Buffalo Office training schedule for January 2012 included several workshops on accountability, time management, housing finance programs, title processes, and mortgage underwriting. Key sessions covered proven time management techniques, Minnesota housing finance agency programs, a mock closing workshop, and a workshop on the mortgage process from pre-approval to closing. The schedule aimed to help agents improve efficiency, address potential issues, and gain a better understanding of related processes.

•Tuesday 10th @ 2 P.M. Updated Time Management Workshop
•In our business, time management is the key to success. This session will introduce proven
techniques to build a more efficient day without adding additional hours. It has helped me add two
hours of productive time each and every day.
•Monday 16th @ 9 A.M. Accountability Workshop
•Wednesday 18th @ 10 A.M. MN Housing Finance Agency – 2 Hours of C.E.
This session will be led by Michael Nguyen with the MN Housing Finance Agency where he will
discuss along with Kurt some of the programs that are available to us and how our buyers can benefit
from them.
•Monday 23rd @ 9 A.M. Accountability Workshop
•Tuesday 24th from 2 – 4 Title Workshop with Michelle and Drew
This will be a mock closing and covering everything that a closer does and some of the “red flag”
issues we need to be concerned about as an agent. They will also cover the behind the scenes things
that happen prior to closing so that we all have a better understanding.
•Monday 30th @ 9 A.M. Accountability Workshop
•Tuesday 31st from 2 – 4 PHH Workshop with Kurt and Brooke
This session will cover everything that happens from a time the pre-approval is taken up until closing.
It will cover all the behind the scenes activities(appraisal, processing, underwriting) that take place as
well as some of the “red flag” items that we can learn to watch out for.
