First let’s discuss why to build financial liberty. It is clearly good for you. But is it good ONLY for you?
To me the epitome of being noble is caring as illustrated in the Good Samaritan story. This story motivated me to design a system to build resources and financial liberty for people to help themselves and others. Let’s look at the Good Samaritan in more detail.
The story goes that robbers stripped and beat a man, leaving him half dead. He needed help.
Two religious people who were supposed to help did not. Why not?
A traveler from Samaria saw the man, stopped, and cared for him. Our hero spent his time, his effort and his resources for this total stranger. He poured in oil and wine (medicine he had with him). The Samaritan held back nothing.
He risked all the resources with him to bring the man safely to an inn. The Samaritan had faith in his ability to replace everything he had. He influenced the innkeeper, paying him to do good for the man. But he left for a while. Might this have been to renew his resources to help others and himself?
