How do you use Webmail (iNotes)?
 Webmail isthe webinterface withthe LotusNotesmail server.Userscanaccess theirmail,contacts,
calendar,andTo Do from withinit.
 Webmail iscompatible withmostwebbrowsers,including uptodate versionsof Google Chrome,
Firefox, andSafari aswell asInternetExplorerv.9, 10, and 11 (only incompatibilitymode).

To openthe ServerArchive,navigate tothe Archive server.ForBNA,itis redacted(the same as the
mail server,onlyinthe MailArchivesfolder).Forall otherlocationsitis redacted. NOTE:

5. Foldersinthe Servermail file will automaticallybe re-createdinthe archive whenemailsinthemare
archived.

6. Local Mail filesand Archives
 Local replicascanbe createduponrequest.
 Typicallycreatedforpeople whoknow theywill needaccesstotheirmail andarchive while offline
or justoutside the Embraernetwork.
 To create a local replica,openthe Servercopy,thengoto File>Replication>New Replica.Select
Local,withno encryption.

7.  Local Replicaswill automaticallybe addedtothe Replicationand Sync page.
 Once a Local replica is created, Lotus Notes must be told when to “look at”
that replica.

9.  Users can easilyswitchbetweenlocationsusingthe Locationbuttoninthe bottomrightcornerof
Lotus Notes.

10.  Userscannot switchbetweentwo archives.
 For userswitha Local Archive,LotusNotesshouldbe “pointed”tothe Local archive,anda replica
shouldbe createdonthe Server.
