After inputting ticket Number system knows the route, possible transfers and shows remaining kilometres and time to
transfer station or to the destination

in the case of delay all times are updated accordingly and the reason of the delay is shown

transfer information: numbers of arriving and departure platforms, number of connection train wagon or coach,
number of the wagon and departure time of next connection, transfer time needed, ...

Map for easier orientation during transfer to departure platform or the station exit

In the case of longer waiting time for connection system shows restaurants, cafeterias, shops (space for
advertisement of food&beverages and other facilities in the station or near surrounding)

ANNOUNCEMENTS FOR PASSENGERS
Operator can any time interrupt multimedia content
watching by passengers for enabling:

audio announcement – in the case of emergency situation
or other need of engine-driver or attendant they can
activate Audio to deliver voice message to all passengers
video announcement –attendant can show video sequence
to all passengers – on all monitors will be shown the same
video (switched OFF monitors turn automatically to ON
during video announcement)
when audio or video announcement are finished all
monitors return back to the state before switching ON audio
/ video announcement


ALARM

Time countdown to transfer or destination
station – 15 minutes before arrival to the
station alarm countdown starts in upper
right corner

Approaching transfer / destination station
alarm intensity increases and 3 minutes
prior take off from the train alarm is moved
to the middle of the screen and flashes to
attract passenger to prepare for take off.


Survey / customer satisfaction research

allowing to collect information from passengers
