My left foot
Introduction
 Based on a true Story, Christy Brown, born with
cerebral palsy and finds himself "stuck" in a stunted
body and can only rely on his left foot - the only one
who has power and who can control.
 Since child struggling against prejudice and
demonstrates that it is an artist - painting and
writing later - proving, well, that is not a poor either.
History
 Christy faced quite prejudice, disrespect and humiliation
by their families, friends and society. Was often
underestimated.
 Had an ignorant father who rejected him and did not
accept their situation, the point does not consider it a
Brown.Mas it has changed over time, until the family
and society to recognize that he was a true artist.
Reflection
 is amazing to note the designs he creates and the
fascination of people with his ability and
creativity. Also, would not be for less.
 A person who can move only his left foot could
create what? This is what we thought at the
time, as you think today, with prejudice also in
evidence, is that people like Christy would find
no place in society. And the film proves the exact
opposite.
