Three students - Rafael Miranda, Sebastian Jara, and Elias Villamarin - identified problems with the poor condition of streets and sidewalks in Banos, including crumbling pavement and holes that pose safety risks for pedestrians and vehicles. They called on authorities to repair damaged sidewalks, pave rural streets, fill potholes, and resurface city streets to improve safety for all citizens.
