The Guildhall Shopping Centre in Exeter is undergoing development to improve the shopping experience and leisure offerings. The development will revitalize the shopping centre's entrances and public spaces, and add more leisure facilities, in four phases from summer 2014 to fall 2015. This project aims to enhance the shopping centre as a key asset for Exeter's city centre and respond to changing consumer demands. Public consultation will ensure the phased works proceed smoothly while maintaining business operations during construction.
