Introduction
 Cox's Bazar is a renowned and
enchanting tourist destination located in
Bangladesh.
 Tourist service facilities are crucial for a
tourist destination to hold its charm.
 These facilities include: accommodation
options, transportation services, guided
tours, recreational activities, dining
options, entertainment, shopping, and
support services like travel agencies and
information centers.
 Satisfactory level of the tourist determines
the fate of a tourist spot in the long run.
Aim & Objectives
 The aim of this study is to- assess the tourist service satisfaction at Cox's
Bazar, Bangladesh, in order to identify areas of strengths and improvement,
and provide recommendations for enhancing the overall tourist experience.
 The main objectives are:
 To assess tourist service satisfaction levels at Cox's Bazar
 To identify areas of strengths and weaknesses in the tourist services
provided at Cox's Bazar.
 To provide actionable recommendations for enhancing the overall tourist
experience at Cox's Bazar, aimed at improving service quality and

Introduction  Cox's Bazar is a renowned and enchanting tourist destination located in Bangladesh.  Tourist service facilities are crucial for a tourist destination to hold its charm.  These facilities include: accommodation options, transportation services, guided tours, recreational activities, dining options, entertainment, shopping, and support services like travel agencies and information centers.  Satisfactory level of the tourist determines the fate of a tourist spot in the long run.
