1. Topic 74: The best way to travel is in group led by a tour guide. Agree or disagree?
Traveling in a vacation is one of the most popular activities of people in recent time. While some people
want to travel alone or discover nature by them self, others prefer travel in group led by a tour guide.
From my perspective, I strongly believe that the latter is the best way to enjoy the trip thanks to the
helpfulness of the tour guide and the funny time with members in the group.
What I put in my priority is the advantages of the tour guide. First of all, tour guide is the one who know
almost everything about the place I want to go. Obviously, he is familiar with beautiful spots that attract
many tourists. Thanks to him I am likely come to the destinations without any trouble such as getting
lost in a busy city, not having permition to enter some special places. Thus, I do not have to spend much
time on planning schedule for my trip. Moreover, the tour guide can even booking in the hotel for me.
Hence, I do not have to worry about resting place in a far away area.
The fun and benefits being with other people in the trip deserves much of my consideration. Needless to
say, it is better to be with a group of people in a strange place rather than being alone. This group is
supposed to be my friends. Being with them, I will not feel bored thanks to their jokes and interesting
discussions. Besides, I can share my feeling and emotion with them as well. More importantly, I cannot
predict what will happen during a trip, especially travelling in a jungle or climbing in a mountain. Thus,
the appearance of my friends in a group is necessary as they can help my in emergency situation.
All in all, despite the freedom of travelling alone, it is my strongly believe that travelling in group led by a
tour guide is the most interesting trip. With no doubt, while tour guide help me a lot in leading to
beautiful spots and even intersting entertaining places, my friends in group share with me the happy
time during the trip as well as give me a hand when I am in need.
