DHS EAGLE II

     The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Enterprise Solutions Office, will re-
     compete the Enterprise Acquisition Gateway for Leading Edge Solutions (EAGLE)
     requirement. The EAGLE II solicitation will include two separate and distinct source
     selections, one unrestricted and one set-aside for small business. Source selection will
     be at the functional category level within each track. In the Small Business and
     Unrestricted tracks, a manageable number of awards will be made in Functional
     Categories (FC) 1-3 to ensure adequate competition at the Task Order level Within

CIO-SP3 SMALL BUSINESS

     The Department of Health and Human Services, National Institutes of Health
     (NIH) has a requirement for the next generation contracts to support
     government IT efforts, with a focus on health and research IT. These IT services
     include health and biomedical-related IT services to meet scientific, health,
