seasoned contractorsand full time newhirestosupport ourmost demanding customerswithvigorous
SLAs.Shortlythereafter,I quickly developedandservedasthe leadforthe NorthCarolinaand Texas
supportteams,andthenintothe HTTS - RTP site lead.
