Please join me in congratulating Tony Dochev on his recent promotion to Relief
Restaurant Manager. In his new role, Tony will monitor guest service in all areas of
Mirage operated restaurants.
Tony began his career in the Food & Beverage industry in 2002 at KING KABOB
Greek Restaurant as Assistant to the General Manager. In 2003, he worked as a
Store Manager for Little Caesars Pizza. Shortly after, he worked as Store Manager
for Della Spiga in Caesars Palace, gaining Hotel experience. Tony also worked
as Assistant Manager of TREVI in Caesars Palace in 2006 and owned his own
restaurant, Tony’s Place - a Mediterranean/Greek Restaurant - in 2008. In 2011, Tony
became Business Partner and Owner of Roma Garden Italian Restaurant and Bar.
Most recently, he served as Assistant Manager at CPK in The Mirage. In this role, he
was responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of CPK.
Tony served in the Army for 5 years as a Military Police Officer. He holds a Bachelor’s
degree in Mechanical Engineering with a Minor in Internal Combustion Engines
from California Sales Academy in San Diego, CA.
I am certain that Tony’s experience will serve him well in his new position. Please
