 Working on a team of four students to provide a feasibility engineering study of the Worcester
County Jail in West Boylston for a natural gas cogeneration plant

energy costs and existing HVAC equipment in the jail
 The project involves assessing energy consumption and load profiles, preparing conceptual
drawings and system diagrams, and eventually setting up a project schedule for the
implementation of the cogeneration plant
Thermofluid Application and Design Project March 2015 – May 2015
 Analyzed a proposed $8 billion dollar facility which will use wind energy in Wyoming, store that
energy underground in caverns in Utah, and then deliver electricity to Los Angeles as peak power
 Provided thermodynamic details for the compressors and turbines used in the system, designed
the intercoolers between the compressors,and optimized the design to ensure cost optimization
Rehabilitation Engineering Design Project,James Bond Cane January 2015 – March 2015
 Developed a prototype utility cane that could aid people with disabilities walk on icy surfaces,
reach objects, and get undressed
