6. Dokita, which stands for dokter kita or in English “our doctor,” provides users with
first step health advice from stand-by doctors in period of 30 minutes to 1 hour on
weekdays, from 9 A.M. to 5 P.M. If asked by users, the doctors can also give some
recommendation on medicine or prescriptions under certain circumstances.
