If you asked a customer what they think about your business, how would they respond? Would they recognize your logo or be able to recite your slogan? Would they talk about the quality of your product? Maybe they'd talk about how much they love working with your employees.
These perceptions – both positive and negative – are what form your brand, your company image. A memorable brand will define your business, separate you from the pack, and create loyal customers. So how you do you build a effective brand?
This presentation will help you:
1. UNDERSTAND YOUR BRAND. We’ll learn what comprises your brand and how you already have one... whether you knew it or not!
2. BUILD YOUR BRAND. Your brand is far more than just your logo. We’ll discuss how to discover your brand and make a “brand promise.”
3. STICK WITH IT. The biggest branding challenge is getting enough exposure. You’ll learn why consistency – and patience – are key.
Outlines an emerging Leadership program for present and future leaders as applied in an educational, non profit, military, business or any leadership setting. However, this foundational training is universally applied knowledge that can be systematically applied in any setting where people work together to accomplish goals. Topics: teaming, storming, leadership, participation and teamwork attributes, the Deming cycle, cycle of respect, types of power as well as conflict resolution and goal setting.
Author John Schmied proposes that "foundational leadership training is key to future advancement & educational development". Akin to Maslow's hierarchy of needs in personal life, foundational knowledge, skills and abilities (KSA's) are key basic learning necessary for for a person's ability to progress successfully in any setting.
Author's leadership background: Military command, non profit leadership, public educational leadership, Director STEM environmental summer camps,Diving and Salvage Officer, Oceanographic operations, Ship Operations, Ice Operations, CG Maritime Law Enforcement, Personnel & Recruiting.

1. Tăng nguy cơ đột quỵ vì gốc tự do
Gốc tự do tấn công thành mạch máu gây thiếu máu não, làm tăng nguy cơ đột quỵ
Do đó, bên cạnh chế độ dinh dưỡng
hợp lý, vận động thường xuyên, sinh hoạt điều độ, cần hạn chế các yếu tố tăng sinh gốc tự do và bổ
sung các chất chống gốc tự do cho cơ thể.
gốc tự do mạnh mẽ, hạn chế sự tổn thương thành mạch, cải thiện lưu lượng máu lên
