growth in technological progress, the GDP per hour
work has reached its lowest globally reaching 1.3 % as
per 2017 Delloit Global human capital trends. This
alarming mega trend demands world governments
and businesses to rethink new ways how they can
tap into underutilized talent pools either being the
fresh graduates, current employed work forces or
even skilled labour force.

In the UAE, we are not isolated from technological development
mega trend, the number of students in the UAE are growing
year by year and its estimated that the rate of growth is 4.1% until
