It would be good recommendation

important parts of the class, so
they can reach a good
understanding toward the topic
that you have assigned, as it would
help them to stay focused and
improve their comprehension
regarding the theme.

Personalize the content
Professor should be aware on trying to
make their assignment of their topic to
be as flexible as possible, so it can be
understandable and comprehensible
for the classroom. For example you
could make it the topic relatable to the
class by making it personal
connections with the text by writing it
down on the page.

Practice problem
solving skills
You could blend real life situation
into the class with the purpose on
trying to make them to find a
solution toward it. So it can be a
good exercise for problem solving
skills and later discuss their ideas
and methods with each others
with the supervision of the teacher
in the task.

Incorporate more senses
The Professor should be able to
create activities that can
reinforces reading comprehension
for example, making the student to
read the topic of the class by turn
out loud, and as well using the
projector in the class to convey
your lesson and highlight the
important parts so the student can

This tip is helpful in the sense to bring
the attention of the students, by trying
to make question on what themes it
can be found on the topic that they are
reading, so they can think and express
their ideas, helping them to understand

This one is easy to follow, as the
idea of this tip is to make set
reading goals, so the student
won’t be overwhelmed with the
information overload, but also it
does help to the student to build
their reading skill and be mindful
on what they have learned.

Read in portions
Going along side with the previous
tip, it should be mindful to try to
make long, complex reading to be
comprehensible by breaking it up
into pieces. Smaller, Shorter
reading are easier to follow, plus it
help the student by understanding
a complex topic and retain it.
9. Tip 8:
Let students guide
their reading
After a good time with your student
across a year, you will get a solid idea
on what they are like on retaining and
learning information with the reading
activities that you provided.
It is encouraged to take that
opportunity and try to mold your
reading activities around the
knowledge of the classroom that they
have so far
