Stock was consolidating in a range of 173-227 since July 2020.
One can buy the stock at CMP and in dips till 225 with SL 215 (CLBS) for target of
255+
Recently, stock has broken this range last week with huge volumes.

businesses comprising Information Technology, Healthcare and Fin-Tech.The 1400 Employee firm is led by IIT and IIM’s personals and it operates through its headquarters in Hyderabad for India and
US Headquarters in New Jersey.
The Company has built an IT platform for fintech business - a leading loan management system for the micro-credit industry in the US and healthcare delivery in India. The IT platform is self-earn-
ing by way of offering full-scale IT services - enterprise applications as well as mobility solutions. The healthcare vertical comprises a chain of three hospitals in Hyderabad comprising 800 beds, 11
Operating theatres,140 ICU beds offers seamless services through latest in-house medical technologies and advance in house-IT systems. The Company products include:
QFund – A leading software used by Top 12 out of 20 NBFC’s for end to end loan lifecycle including underwriting, documentation, collection and Management. Qfund reported a Revenue of Rs. 129 cr.
with a 37% EBIDTA and shall grow further to 200cr.
K-Soft Systems – Acquired by Virinchi in 2007, it has deep expertise in SAP, Oracle, Java and .NET technologies, working with over 100 US clients across multiple industries. It has significant capabili-
ties in Mobility, Analytics, Web development and Big Data and is catered to suit industry verticals for Healthcare, Finance, Insurance, Telecom etc.
V-Card – vCard is India's first downloadable instant settlement credit card launched on 2nd October 2019, based on UPI BHIM. It aims to provide financial services platform for digital payments,
credit services and advertising services. With the growing use of digital payments and credit cards the Company aims to generate cash revenues from customer origination and usage.
V23 – V23 is a one-stop patient-centric app for all the healthcare needs. V23 provides access to specialist doctors, pharmacies, diagnostic tests and medical history all securely and at the comfort
of your home. And V23+ is a healthcare practice management and patient engagement solution.
FUNDAMENTALS OF THE COMPANY
The Company has a Market Capitalization of around 145.61 crores with 3.42 crores outstanding shares of Face Value of Rs.10. The Promoters holds 48.66% stake, while other shareholders include Non
Institutional holding around 51.34 of the stake.12.13% of the Promoter Holding is pledged.
The share trades at 0.37 times the Book Value and at a PE Multiple of 5.33 times against the Industry PE of 30.24 times. The Company has been continuously reporting a ROE in the range of 14%-20%
and ROCE of 14%-20%.
Net Sales and Profit Margins of the Company have been registering growth over the years except for FY 19-20.
FINANCIALS
Consolidated Revenues from operations reported a negative growth from Rs. 407.09 crores in 2018-19 to reach Rs. 381.46 crores in 2019-20 with Healthcare contributing to 42.21 % of the revenue and
IT Service contributing to around 56.16% of consolidated revenue.
The Company reported a 21.15% decline in net profit to Rs. 46.46 crores in FY 2019 - 20 as compared to 58.92crores in FY 2018 – 19
Long-term debt of the Company decreased by 1.9% to Rs. 104.28 crores as on March 31, 2020 owing to repayments of term and mortgage loans. Long-term debt-equity ratio of the Company stood
at 0.30 in 2019-20 compared to 0.34 in 2018-19.
We recommend this Company on all above parameters at CMP of 42.55 and on dips, with our Targets of: -

VIRINCHI LIMITED (BSE:-532372) - LONG TERM FUNDAMENTAL PICK
We recommend the stock at CMP of 12 and on dips till 8 with SL of 5 on closing basis.
Our Medium Term Targets :- 16 – 18 – 20 – 22 – 24 – 26 – 28 – 30 (Time Frame: 6-9 months)
Vodafone Idea Limited operates as a telecom service provider. The Company offers 2G, 3G, and 4G mobile services, as well as mobile payments, advanced enterprise offerings, and entertainment.
VIL’s board has approved fund raising of up to 25000 crore through a mix of debt (of up to 15000 crore) and equity (of up to 15000 crore). The Company is in talks with several
parties and expects the same in two to three months.
VIL is the weakest private telco. While AGR extension is a short-term breather, its survival hinges on quick capital infusion and tariff hike/floor tariff implementation. The Company has launched a
new unified brand “Vi”, in September 2020 with an aim to capture customer mindshare. It also recently launched GIGAnet - an integrated 4G network for its users
