The advancement in technology has affected many industries. It seems like every year, more innovations in devices, methods, and techniques are implemented to make people’s lives easier and streamline business operations.
Flawed Market Structure Exacerbating the Great Wealth DivideDara Albright
This power point illustrates how flawed market structure exacerbates wealth disparity and how the JOBS Act is helping to narrow it by transforming our capital markets and creating an abundance of new opportunities for smaller issuers and investors to create wealth.
Not only has TitleCard Capital helped entrepreneurs establish successful
businesses, the company has also helped struggling startups gain ground in their industries. While TitleCard Capital has examined a lot of excellent business models and strategies in the past, it is particularly impressed with how business is done in the sports industry.
The world of venture capital has seen huge changes over the past decade. Ten years ago there were fewer than

. Annual investment of global venture capital has increased
more than fivefold over the same period, rising to $264 billion by 2019. This investment has been dominated by the
tech sector harnessing digital frontiers to disrupt traditional industries – including cloud computing, mobile apps,
marketplaces, data platforms, machine learning and deep tech.7
It is an ecosystem that acts as the birthplace for
innovation and brands that can shape the future of consumerism, sectors and markets.
As COVID-19 has taken hold of the
world, the question of whether venture
capital, and early stage investing more
broadly, is backing and scaling the
innovations our world really needs has
never been more pertinent. Life science
and biotech investing is an asset class
perhaps most resilient and relevant to
the short-term impact of COVID-19,
but there is another impact-critical
investment area that is emerging as
an increasingly important investment
frontier: climate tech.
This research represents a first-ofits-kind analysis of the state of global
climate tech investing. We define what
it is and show how this new frontier
of venture investing is becoming a
standout investing opportunity for the
2020s. Representing 6% of global
annual venture capital funding in 2019,
our analysis finds this segment has
grown over 3750% in absolute terms
since 2013. This is on the order of 3
times the growth rate of VC investment
into AI, during a time period renowned
for its uptick in AI investment.8
Looking forward can climate tech in the
2020s follow a similar journey to the
artificial intelligence (AI) investing boom
in the 2010s? The substantial rates of
growth seen in climate tech in the late
2010s, and the overarching need for
new transformational solutions across
multiple sectors of the economy,
suggests yes. The stage appears set
for an explosion of climate tech into the
mainstream investment and corporate
landscape in the decade ahead.
SECURITY & BIOMETRICS LATAM MARKET ANALYSIS.
OUTLOOK, TRENDS, CHALLENGES, OPPORTUNITIES & STRATEGIC RECOMMENDATIONS
Terrorist attacks, plane hijackings and increasing crime rates have underlined the need for greater security measures around the world. Consequently, biometrics is growing in eminence as an essential security measure taken at airports and other critical access sites. Further, the limitations and inconveniences with alternative identification methods through photographs, passwords and PIN codes drive the development as well as growth of biometric technologies.
Biometrics usage should increase in public sector owing to criminal and civil security issues, and in commercial sector for cost savings and convenience factors. The process of technology convergence is slated to become critical and virtually inevitable in future for sustaining growth and profitability.

Research topic-EMERGING MARKET IN INDIA
Thesis statement - “My research paper will focus upon different aspects of Emerging market as well as its impact on Indian economy. “As proposed in essay proposal I will first focus on the concept of Emerging markets and how they are having an impact on global businesses.
· What is Emerging Market?
= After a proper research I figured that emerging markets concept reside in developing countries. Wherein these emerging or underdeveloped economies are making a shift from their traditional economies which was originally residing on resource based industries like agriculture, oil or export of raw materials. These economies are growing at a very fast pace to more productive capacities where they are attracting foreign capital and are rapidly industrializing. Critically, they are moving to free/ mixed economies and are becoming more integrated with the global economy with its increase in trade volume, increase in liquidity, equity market. Not only this, they are also focusing on improved infrastructure: as at present they do not have such robust infrastructure to support fast-paced growth. Some other general indicators are high growth rate, competitiveness, high ROI with high risk rate, unified currency and stocks, low-to-middle per capita income and are some social instability. (Sraders, 2018) (Chappelow, 2019) (Amadeo, 2019)
Some of the characteristics of emerging markets are given below: -
1)Low to middle average per capita Income-Emerging markets have low to middle average per capita income depicting low living standards and a lot of scope for improvement. Unemployment usually in these economies is more and more and more people are deployed on single task, thus, resulting in lower wages for the workforce.
2)High potential for growth-These economies has high potential for growth, their market requires lot of capital investment. These market owing to their scope for high growth attract more of foreign investment. These economies provide higher-than-average returns for investors.
3)High volatility- These economies are highly volatile, they are very much subjected and vulnerable to social, political and economical changes. As these economies are very much reliant on agriculture and resource based they can be severely impacted by natural disaster, external price shocks and domestic policy instability leading a groundwork for future development.
4)Currency Swings- Emerging markets face more volatile to currency swings in comparison to U.S dollar that’s because they do not have enough power to influence such movements. These fluctuations also result in commodities swing as of oil and food.
5)High growth rate associated with High risk- These economies owing to huge potential are growing fast and are rapidly industrializing resulting in higher growth rate even in comparison to some of the developed economies. For e.g.: -growth rate in ...

Social Media Platforms Influence Consumer Purchasing Behavior
Introduction
Social media has become an excellent avenue for retailers to extend their marketing campaigns and influence consumer buying behaviors for a broad range of products in today's technology-driven world. Social media provides an effective and reliable communication channel where retailers and buyers do not have to meet physically to influence customer buying decisions (Voramontri & Klieb, 2019). Social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, My Space, and Linkedln, have enabled consumers to connect with others and sellers through information sharing, thoughts, and opinions about particular agricultural products. Consumers are on social media networks than ever before, looking for products recommendations and reviews to make buying decisions. Consumers require awareness about different products, which is readily provided through constant dialogue between the seller and the buyer. The informative and attractive content about particular products can glue consumers to the product and influence purchasing decisions.
Topic Definition
Social media involves an internet-grounded technology that allows disseminating information content via virtual communities and networks. It is computer-grounded and offers users quick communication electronically, including videos, personal information, photos, and documents. Social media platform refers to distributing information or content through the internet to a given group of followers. Social media platforms include Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, My Space, and Linkedln. Consumer purchasing behavior can be defined as actions taken by a consumer before purchasing a service or product. Social media platforms affect the extent to which consumers feel a connection with a particular product or service, therefore affecting their behavior to buy.
Topic Explanation
Social media has provided various online activities for agricultural produce consumers, including chatting, blogging, messaging, and even gaming. Such activities offer practical approaches for the potential client to gather advice and details about particular farm products (Alnsour et al., 2018). Social media platforms have changed the manner of sharing interests and information and communication ways. Due to the rapid growth of social media platforms, product marketers have found a new channel for contacting their clients. Although marketers are spending heavily on social media platforms, it is hard to measure the real return on investment. There is inadequate research elaborating the exact role of social media on consumers' different phases of purchasing decision-making procedures. The topic aims at studying how social media influences consumer buying behavior.

Three successful trends in private equity today
January 11, 2019
The advancement in technology has affected many industries. It seems like every year,
more innovations in devices, methods, and techniques are implemented to make people’s
lives easier and streamline business operations.
As innovations in technology make a
bigger impact in people’s everyday lives,
private equity is seen to thrive within it in
2018. Disruptions will be a dominant
theme in this nimble industry that is, in
the rst place, given to fast-paced
economic, social, and technological
evolutions.
A number of trends emerged last year
that have more or less created an
atmosphere of successful investment.
With broad market-wide capitalization,
multi-billion buyouts, and the steady ow
of global investment, private equity
seems to be gaining momentum.
With technology being the leader in
private equity trends, the overall political
landscape of the world comes in second.
Geopolitics has affected the way
investors see banks and investing in
general, and have moved to private
equity rms for safer fund management.
The third trend affecting private equity is
real estate. Over the past year, more real estate investors have crossed over to private
equity to expand their portfolio, nding common ground as one asset class greatly
supplements the other.
What other private equity-related trends can you think of? Feel free to share them with us in
the comments section below
