Director Kisholovsky directed three movies in 1993-1994 called Blue, White, and Red which represent the colors of the French flag. Blue stars Juliette Benoche and Benoit Regent and tells the story of a widow discovering her husband cheated on her. White stars Julie Delpy and Zbigniew Zamachowsky and is about a Polish man running a business in his home country after a divorce. Red stars Irene Jacob and Jean-louis Trintignant and tells the story of a model student whose life changes when she meets a retired judge spying on his neighbors.
