What You CanDo • PETS Bill (Federal) • The Pets Evacuation and Transportation Standards (PETS) Act, S. 2548 and H.R. 3858, would require state and local agencies to include pets in their disaster plans. • Louisiana Disaster Pet Evacuation Plan SB 607 has moved out of the Senate Judiciary Committee but still faces substantial challenges if it is to become law this year. Please contact Governor Blanco and the Senate Finance Committee today.

- 6. Alley Cat Allies •Phase One of Trip • Camp Bogalusa • 365 feral cats are transported in eleven RV transports to sanctuaries across the country • Monks, artists lofts, and vets accept them
