Assist the City Manager with the administration and management of the City. Maintain the
procurement of City: requests for proposal, contracts, and/or agreements. Supervise the planning and
zoning division. Administer, formulate, create, adapt, and execute City policy; including full compliance
with Federal Employment Laws such as: FMLA, FSLA, ADA, and ACA. Contribute to the preparation and
governance of the fiscal year City budget. Oversee the administrative budget and accounts receivable.
Manage and maintain the City's fleet management plan. Under the supervision of the emergency
manager, coordinate and oversee the logistics of the City's emergency management plan. Accountable
for and carry out the City's risk management responsibilities. Act as a public information officer;
maintain the City's social media communications including the City's website, Facebook page, and
Twitter account. Assigned to and actively participate in various municipal committees. Oversee the

injuries and accidents, workers compensation claims, medical examinations, general claims and
lawsuits.
 Oversee the general fiscal management of the City, including: the preparation and
administration of a general revenue budget of $8,000,000.00 aggregate; financial data analysis
for the evaluation of the capital outlay, fund balance, and tax rates; observance of city and state
procurement laws.
 Direct the chief records officer in overseeing the records management and retention schedules
as outlined by the State of Utah; and municipal elections administration under §UCA Title 20A,
compliance of parliamentary procedure as defined by §UCA Title 52-4, the performance of
GRAMA Law; and execute the proper preparation of ordinances, resolutions, requests for
