two decades of experience in assisting corporations and
governments in carrying out a variety of projects to develop
talent in young people.
•Complementing her commitment to Dextro, Nadja Giuffrida
established Thinkers, a nonprofit group dedicated to positively
impacting minorities in America through education.
3. •Thinkers partnered with Sports for Sharing (Deportes para
Compartir), a successful Mexican civic education initiative, to
adapt the Mexican program to United States schools that have
a substantial Hispanic student body.

4. •The Sports for Sharing program employs physical activity to
help children understand and engage with basic civic concepts.
•The partnering organizations chose a middle school in Illinois
to operate an American pilot program.
5. •Since its creation in 2007, the Mexican version of Sports for
Sharing has touched the lives of nearly 60,000 students, almost
1,800 teachers, and hundreds of educational facilities in urban
areas, indigenous communities, summer camps, and other
places.
•With the help of Thinkers, the program hopes to have the
same success in the United States as in Mexico.
